Attempting better.

I am straight up awful at lettering. Always have been. So this year I’ve decided to get better—not because hand lettering is having a moment right now, but because 2019 is the year I dig into design history and explore analogue processes. I’m not really into the current state of design where we just sell ourselves in digital spaces, so I’m going back our roots this year. Hence these awful little letters and my cramping hand. (Note to self: you don’t need to hold a pencil that tightly!)
